The 2023 Women’s World Cup is finally upon us, with 32 nations ready to give it their all in Australia and New Zealand to try and claim World Cup glory.

World Cup matches today
The first match of World Cup action today saw a determined Argentina fight back to secure a 2-2 draw against South Africa, though the result does little to enhance either sides prospects of advancing to the knockout rounds.
England then play against Denmark in Sydney, with the match going a long way to deciding who will finish on top of Group D, with both sides winning their opening match.
The other match in Group D between China and debutants Haiti will round off the day’s action, with the sides aiming for a crucial victory in Adelaide.
