A surprise entry on the Thursday injury report came amid a tumultuous week for the Cleveland Browns players and fans. DPOTY Myles Garrett did not practice because of a foot injury.
Mary Kay Cabot asked Garrett about the injury on Friday after he participated in practice. He said that it was an injury that bothered him during the Week 1 Dallas Cowboys game. However, it did not happen during the game. He did not specify how or when it happened or the precise problem.
#Browns Myles Garrett said foot injury that kept him out of practice on Thurs was something that he was dealing w/ during the #Cowboys game, but it didn’t happen during the game. Declined to say when it happened. “We’ll see” if it will impact him vs. #Jaguars.

Garrett is playing on Sunday. When asked if the foot would be bothersome during the game, he said “We’ll see.” That’s not exactly a ringing endorsement that all is well with Garrett’s foot.
