The daughters of Esteban Santiago, whose heart was donated after his death, were overcome with emotion getting to hear their late father’s heartbeat again inside the man who received it. “To hear his heart, it’s like he’s here,” one of the daughters says. WVIT’s Siobhan McGirl reports. (edited)
