EFL Championship promotion race latest

Leicester City have clinched the EFL Championship title, alongside promotion, with the race for second a straight shootout between Ipswich and Leeds.

One of them will drop into the playoff spots, alongside Southampton and West Bromwich Albion and Norwich City.

The playoff structure means the teams finishing third and sixth, and fourth and fifth respectively, will face each other in two legged semifinals, followed by a one off final.
