It’s that time of year again. The Little League World Series is here.
All eyes will be focused on Williamsport, Pa., as the 2024 Little League World Series begins with a four-game slate on Wednesday, Aug. 14. The first game of the tournament gets underway at 1 p.m. ET, with Matamoros Little League (Mexico Region) taking on Aruba Center Little League (Caribbean Region).
The first day of competition features two international games and two U.S. matchups. Among the teams scheduled to play in the U.S. bracket on Wednesday is Central East Maui Little League, which heads to Williamsport all the way from Wailuku, Hawaii.
The opening slate kickstarts what should be an action-packed stretch of baseball.
