The time has come — not for the Super Bowl itself, but for the chance to see the world’s biggest celebrity in the stands.

Taylor Swift changed the sporting world as we know it when she first attended a Chiefs game back in September to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce. Since then, wires have been crossed between sports and pop culture, to the dismay of some and the delight of others.

Super Bowl 58 marks the last time we’ll see Swift support Kelce on the field for this NFL season. It’s the end of an era that has changed the world of football for the foreseeable future — whether you like it or not, Dads, Brads and Chads.

The Sporting News has the latest updates for Taylor Swift at Super Bowl 58.

9:01 p.m.: Looks like Swift is shaking it off, even as Kansas City still trails. She’s in good spirits on the jumbotron after the crowd last saw her chugging a beer.

8:22 p.m.: Sorry Swifties, it’s not looking good for the Chiefs. They trail the 49ers 10-3 at halftime. But you know the drill. Ten plus three? 13. The Swift Effect is everywhere.

7:43 p.m.: Taylor keeping the crowd entertained with a chug on screen. Probably the most action the game has seen so far.

5:22 p.m.: Even Roger Goodell can’t resist meeting the popstar. After all, he needs to thank her for the $330 million she’s earned the NFL and Chiefs this season.

5:18 p.m.: Curious what the 60 on Swift’s jacket stands for? It’s for 1960, the first year of the Chiefs franchise. The jacket is one of Erin Andrews‘s own designs.

4:57 p.m.: Scott is officially a Chiefs fan (sorry Jason). Swift’s dad is decked out in Kansas City gear for the biggest game of the year.

4:38 p.m.: The only thing better than Taylor and Travis? Taylor and Jason.

4:25 p.m.: For now, Swift is joined by just a couple friends and, most importantly, her mother.

4:23 p.m.: No more waiting necessary.

4:08 p.m.: Swift has yet to arrive, but Jason and Kylie Kelce are in the house rocking Chiefs and Cincinnati gear. Yes, the Bearcats. Even for her brother-in-law’s Super Bowl game, Kylie is committed to only wearing Eagles gear, so another team’s red will have to do.

3:45 p.m.: He’s dressed like a daydream, but he’s sure to be a nightmare on the field in a few hours. Travis Kelce has arrived at Allegiant Stadium.

2:46 p.m.: “Taylor Swift is in Las Vegas,” NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported. “She has made it. Taylor Swift is here. She has flown from Tokyo, where she had a concert, to LAX, to Vegas.”

Swift is expected to watch the game from a suite at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium, Rapoport reported.

1:38 p.m.: An English baker created a life-size cake version of Taylor Swift hoisting the Lombardi Trophy ahead of Super Bowl 58.

Lara Mason, 37, called Swift “a brilliant role model for young girls,” including her own 6-year-old twin daughters. As for which team Mason is pulling for in the big game, she told BBC: “For the fairy tale ending, it absolutely has to be the Chiefs.”

1:00 p.m.: Bring out the tissues. Cetaphil’s Super Bowl commercial may not feature Swift, but it nonetheless showcases the singer’s influence on the NFL. In the ad, a father and a daughter connect over their love of Swift and of football.

Swift is not expected to appear in any Super Bowl commercials, but her influence is clear. Two beauty and makeup brands (NYX Professional Makeup and e.l.f. Cosmetics) will make their Super Bowl commercial debuts during the telecast, and Dove will return for the first time since 2006.

12:58 p.m.: Even before the Super Bowl, Swift helped the NFL bring in an estimated $331.5 million in revenue between print, digital, radio, TV, highlights and social media, per Front Office Sports.

Ahead of the Chiefs’ AFC title win over the Ravens on Jan. 28, Apex Marketing Group calculated the dollar amount for the brand value Swift has generated for the league and the Chiefs.

12:50 p.m.: Can you bet on Swift in Super Bowl 58? You sure can. The better question is: What are your best bets?

12:16 p.m.: Is Swift attending the Super Bowl?

While the 14-time Grammy winner has not confirmed anything, she did fly straight from Tokyo to the West Coast. And Kelce paid more than $1 million for a suite at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium for Swift’s family and his own family, per TMZ. So signs point to yes.

6:34 p.m. Saturday: Swift’s jet landed in Los Angeles from Tokyo, where she performed four shows as part of her Eras Tour in the days leading up to hte big game.

She headed to the airport immediately after the final show Saturday night in Japan, and she touched down at LAX before she even left Tokyo. The magic of time zones.

Is Taylor Swift at the Super Bowl 2024?

While the 14-time Grammy winner has not confirmed her attendance, she did fly from Tokyo to Los Angeles on Saturday. And the trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas is much more manageable.

Ahead of her trek across the Pacific, the Embassy of Japan in the U.S. even released a statement confirming Swift and her team could make it back in time for the Super Bowl.

Plus, Kelce paid more than $1 million for a suite at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium for Swift’s family and his own family, per TMZ.

Still, the Kelce family has played it cool. As Donna Kelce, Travis’s mother, told NBC’s “Today” show: “We don’t know until that day if she’ll be coming or not.”

Who is with Taylor Swift at the Super Bowl?

Swift brought at least a couple of friends to nearly every Chiefs game she attended this season. Her guests included Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Cara Delevingne and Keleigh Teller. While we don’t know every friend who will be in Las Vegas, a few have already confirmed their attendance.

Following the Chiefs’ win over the Ravens in the AFC championship, Teller confirmed she and her husband Miles will be at the Super Bowl via a TikTok comment.

It’s safe to assume Swift will be hanging out with Kelce’s brother, Jason, and his wife, Kylie, as well as Brittany Mahomes.

Taylor Swift Super Bowl outfit

One of the best parts of seeing Swift at Chiefs games? Seeing what outfit she brings to the stands. A pop star known for her Lover bodysuits at the Eras Tour, Swift’s gameday outfits are a fun glimpse into her life as an NFL girlfriend.

Swift took the world by storm when she wore Kristin Juszczyk’s custom puffer coat to the Dolphins playoff game. The wife of 49ers player Kyle Juszczyk recently earned NFL licensing rights for her designs, which she credits to Swift.
