Von Miller arrest news
WFAA reported the Dallas Police Department has issued a warrant for Miller’s arrest on Thursday morning. On Thursday afternoon, TMZ reported that Miller had turned himself in to Dallas police. According to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, he was booked at the Glenn Heights Police Department in Glenn Heights, Texas at around 4 PM CT.
His attorney had reportedly been told that a warrant is out for his arrest. The warrant is a charge of assaulting a pregnant person.
Per WFAA, Miller’s girlfriend accused him of assaulting her at their Dallas home Wednesday morning. Police allegedly arrived at 11 a.m. CT at their home for a “major disturbance,” and learned that during an argument, Miller allegedly assaulted his girlfriend. Miller had reportedly left the scene before police arrived, and his girlfriend was treated for minor injuries.
Miller for the first time addressed the allegations on Dec. 28, calling them “100 percent false.”
“Whenever you see that stuff pop up in articles and stuff, it’s shocking, of course, especially when my name is attached to it,” Miller told reporters when asked why he’s still cleared to play for the Bills. “It is 100 percent false, it’s overblown. … I know who I am, I know my character, I know the type of person I am, I know me and my girlfriend’s relationship.”
“This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller,” the Bills said in a statement. “We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point.”
The NFL said: “We are aware of the matter and have been in contact with the club. We have no further comment at this time.”
Bills GM Brandon Beane said n Wednesday the team will “follow the lead of the NFL” in regards to the investigation, but that Miller “is available” for Buffalo in its Week 14 game against Kansas City.
Beane says “we have to let the legal process play out,” but says that this seems out of character for the guy that they’ve come to know over the last year and a half.

“There’s not a lot that I can say,” Beane said. “Von is here to be a part of the team.”

KDVR reported the investigation was for domestic violence allegations from his ex-fiancee.
